Ray Desrocher

Mr. Desrocher has over 25 years of financial markets and operating experience and has led Trent in all of its investment activity since forming the firm in 2010. Previously, Mr. Desrocher spent eight years as a partner in two middle market private equity firms, executing over 35 acquisitions on behalf of the firms and corporate clients. Mr. Desrocher’s operating experience includes senior management roles at a global enterprise software provider, as well as strategic development and European manufacturing oversight for an industrial products startup. Mr. Desrocher began his career underwriting tax-exempt debt securities at Hopper Soliday & Co., Inc., now RBC.

Mr. Desrocher earned a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Alloy Holdings, LLC, Olympia Chimney, Microporous Products, Club Colors, LLC, and HDT Automotive Solutions.

Jonathan Desrocher

Mr. Desrocher has over 20 years of financial markets experience, joining Trent Capital Partners in 2013.  Mr. Desrocher has co-led the investment activity at Trent Capital Partners since then.  Previously, Mr. Desrocher spent 13 years at Private Capital Management (PCM), most recently as Vice President, Trading.  PCM is a multi-billion dollar asset management firm headquartered in Naples, FL and until recently was part of Legg Mason.  Jonathan was responsible for the firm’s daily equities and options trading functions and worked closely with the analytical team to develop and ultimately execute complex investment strategies across multiple markets.  These strategies focused on a departure of cash-flow-based intrinsic value from market values.

Mr. Desrocher began his career with Brown Brothers Harriman in Boston. He earned a B.A. in Economics from The University of Connecticut.

Pat Holmes

Mr. Holmes is responsible for the firm’s operational improvement programs and was most recently CEO of Autocrat, LLC in which TCP invested in 2011 and successfully exited in 2014.  Mr. Holmes has spent over 20 years in managing complex manufacturing environments, including a 16 year career with Campbell Soup Company, and as Chief Operating Officer for Power Medical Interventions, a medical device company.  Mr. Holmes also spent 10 years as Managing Director of Computer Science Corporation’s National Industry Practice where he consulted with a myriad of major manufacturing and consumer products companies developing and executing growth strategies.

Mr. Holmes earned a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University.
